EDGARizing

The Hennegan Company is now a filing agent for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commision, which means that we can now process and submit financial forms to the SEC's EDGAR website. This is an added service we offer our customers who are registered with the SEC. EDGAR stands for "Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and Retrieval" system. EDGAR performs automated collection, validation, indexing, acceptance, and forwarding of submissions by companies who are required by law to file forms with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

All financial forms will be filed in HTML format. Customer data will be treated as highly confidential and secured on our premises. All data will be archived for future use, in the event there will be amendments to their filing.
