Security
We strive in a daily commitment for a secure environment; for our customers, our employees and our guests. We have formally established, comprehensive security measures that are adhered to by all company personnel and guests. We have customized security programs comprising employee security and confidentiality and full facility security which includes secured storage areas. In addition, we have implemented full security solutions for our digital workflow and data management environments.
Some of our customers give away expensive prizes, design new models or products, offer contests, send high security mailings or produce non-public art prints.
To augment our security levels, we offer a secured FTP presence for each customer and we continually increase security for all computers on our network. Every employee has issued to them an electronic access card that allows them access to our modern facility through specific doors. Although our main lobby entrance is open during normal business hours, all other doors are electronically locked and can only be opened with an access card. We also utilize surveillance cameras that record activity 24 hours a day.
Other security measures include visitor entrance and exit logs. All visitors are escorted while they are here at Hennegan. We employ secure holding and storage areas for sensitive content, complemented by isolated work and viewing areas.
Additional practices we embrace are the practice of removing files from the servers and locking data in a safe. In addition, waste is cross-cut and destroyed on-site. All of our security processes are fully documented and provided on request.
